Use Of Cookies
When you access the ACCJH Home Page (accjh.com), and all pages within the site, signified as those pages beginning with the Web address www.accjh.com your visit is not tracked by individual name or any other identifiable mark.
The www.accjh.org web site uses technology which has the capacity to store cookies which retains data on visitors/members and tracks use of the site for those users logged in. Unless programmed differently, a session cookie only lasts for the duration of users using the website and session cookies are normally deleted when at the end of the session.
The ACCJH website uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions. These cookies are used to store information, such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page. Browsers do not share first-party cookies across domains. Every computer and device connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number known as an Internet protocol (IP) address. Collection And Use Of Your Personal Information
Some computer information and automatic and optional information is collected. Automatic information includes:

- Essential technical information: identification of the page or service you are requesting, type of browser and operating system you are using; and the date and time of access.
- Optional information is collected only if you choose to send it. For example if you choose to complete an online form, this may include:

We collect this personal information (such as name, address, phone, e-mail address) only if you provide it to us voluntarily through e-mail, registration forms, information request forms or surveys, or otherwise. Personal information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as may be required by law. Credit card information is only collected for specific purposes where the information is required for the transaction, such as to register you in a course or program, or when we accept donations. Any information of that nature is saved on a secure server and is only accessible to authorized employees to process payments or registrations or for other legitimate purposes. Once processed, the information is deleted from the server. Credit card information collected via commercial services is not stored on our server.
Security
All information provided to ACCJH is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. We also protect account information by placing it on a secure portion of the www.accjh.org site that is accessible only by certain qualified employees of the Academic Consortium on Criminal Justice Health. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information.

Cancellations requested in writing on or before February 15, 2019 will receive a full tuition refund, less a $50 processing fee.

By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the ACCJH member portal?
Please note that the ACCJH member portal is to be used by members of ACCJH only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by ACCJH staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the ACCJH member portal are safe and friendly, ACCJH staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted.
